What information we collect
Form submissions collect: full name, company, country, work email, phone (optional), product interest, and project details. When you submit a form, we also automatically record technical metadata, including your IP address, approximate location, and network provider, to prevent spam and qualify business inquiries. We use cookieless, aggregate analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand site usage; no advertising cookies are set.
How we use your information
We use form information only to reply to your inquiry within 24 business hours, prepare quotations and sample shipments, arrange logistics, and follow up on active orders. Analytics data improves site performance and content relevance.
Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Form submissions are handled on our own infrastructure (Cloudflare) and stored in Lark (Feishu); transactional confirmation emails are sent via Resend. We share information with Shandong Taishi Group only when production or shipping confirmation requires it, never for marketing.
Cookies and tracking
We do not set analytics or advertising cookies. Traffic measurement uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless beacon that collects only aggregate, anonymized page-view data, plus a first-party event counter running on our own infrastructure that stores no personal identifiers. The only cookies you may encounter are essential ones set by the Cloudflare Turnstile anti-spam check on our forms. We do not use third-party retargeting or behavioural advertising networks. You may block cookies in your browser; the site remains functional.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time. Email [email protected] with subject "Privacy Request". We respond within 30 calendar days.
Data retention
We retain inquiry information for 24 months after the last contact, then archive or delete it. Quotation and order records are retained for 7 years per Chinese commercial law.
International data transfers
Stenvak operates from China. Form submissions are received through Cloudflare and stored in Lark (Feishu); confirmation emails are sent via Resend (United States); aggregate analytics are processed by Cloudflare. If you submit information from the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, your data is transferred under the service providers' standard contractual clauses.
Children's privacy
This is a B2B website. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes are flagged at the top of the page for 30 days.
